Register for the lottery
Registration for the lottery is open for 28 days. Registration is done on the registration site of the Ministry of Construction and Housing, and is only possible for those who are eligible, according to the series to which they are associated.

Lottery and contacting the winners
The lottery is carried out by the Ministry of Construction and Housing up to 10 days from the end of registration. The list of winners is forwarded to Sela Binui, which contacts the winners regarding the process, estimated schedules and contact details.

Information conference for buyers
After approval from the control company and a committee decision, the process of purchasing the apartment begins. Sela Binui holds an informative conference for buyers, where the project is presented to them and a multitude of questions and inquiries are answered.

Choosing an apartment and signing in principle
After the informational conference and in coordination with the control company, the winners are invited to apartment selection days, according to the order of selection determined in the lottery. Each winner is allotted 45 minutes to choose the apartment, in accordance with the regulations “Price per tenant”. At this stage, the winners sign an apartment selection form and a date is set for signing the sales agreement.
